Descuento de residente baleares

Hola. Realicé una reserva de vuelo con el buscador esky.es y en ningun momento durante la reserva se me ofreció el descuento de residente. En ningún momento aparece una opción de "pagar o efectuar pago" que indique que estás deacuerdo sino que indica "reservar". Pensé que en esa reserva podria identificarme como residente. Mi sorpresa fué cuando el pago se efectuó al momento. Al contctar con esky.es me indican que ellos no ofrecen ese descuento cosa que me parece es de obligado cumplimiento. Se niegan a reembolsar y no dan ninguna alternativa.

All flight information and price are available during the booking process. There was also information that when booking a ticket through eSky, the discount for residents does not apply. In our Terms and Conditions we inform that before payment Client must check details of the booking. Only the airline can grant resident discounts. Making payment for booking is unequivocal with confirmation of the correctness of the reservation. Taking into consideration above we cannot accede to your request.
