Reclamación de factura y documentación oficial

To whom it may concern, After trying to contact you and making the payment at earliest but without, at first, any invoice, official document from SIXT, payment link attached nor bank details. I would like you to send me the full documents justifying the amount I paid; not a screenshot that is not even showing the full information, photo, speed... and an official document from SIXT where it is shown why the amount is different (basically an invoice; I know it is an administrative fee, but to be honest it does not seem really professional coming from SIXT the mail...). Looking forward to hearing from you to proceed further on this matter and not to lead into a bigger issue. Thank you. Regards.
