Reembolso vuelo anulado

Estimados/as señores/as: Me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque contraté un vuelo a través de eSky, la compañia aérea lo anuló, nos confirman que hem devuelto el importe a eSky, pero no nos han devuelto el importe de los billetes SOLICITO el reembolso de dicho importe 457,97 euros Sin otro particular, atentamente.

The waiting time fully depends on the airline's decision, and its extension may result from the increased number of refund requests. We constantly monitor the status of the case, but due to the fact that eSky only acts as an intermediary, we have no influence on the time and order in which requests are handled by the airlines. At the same time, we would like to inform you that we have registered the submitted refund application in the airline's system. As soon as we receive a message on this matter, we will provide the information from the airline to the email address from which the complaint was sent.
