Cambio de plan Netflix

Hola, ayer día 12/02/2024 Netflix me hizo llegar un e-mail, agradeciéndome mi cambio de plan( del básico de 7,99 € a otro de 12,99€) también indicando que había añadido a alguien en el plan. Yo no había realizado ninguno de esos cambios, así que llame a atención al cliente para solucionarlo. Al explicarle al asesor lo que había sucedido me dijo que lo mejor era dar de baja mi plan y crearlo de nuevo por si alguien lo había hackeado, una vez damos de baja mi plan, vamos a crearlo de nuevo y me dice que dicho plan (el de 7,99€) ya no existe y que si quiero volver a tener netflix ahora debería contratar el plan de 12,99€. Me siento estafada, porque en ningún momento me dijo que si lo cancelaba iba a ocurrir esto. Quiero que me devuelvan el plan que yo tenía hasta ahora contratado con las mismas condiciones.
