Reserva pendiente esky.es

Hola realice pago 395eu de un vuelo por esky.es y me enviaron email pendiente de confirmación de aerolínea. Luego día siguiente piden 96eu q los pague para regular subida de vuelo. Y sigue el vuelo pendiente de confirmación estoy muy preocupada es un vuelo importante y no tengo confirmación y tengo ansiedad no me encuentro bien. Siento q perdí dinero y el vuelo. No pueden jugar de esta forma con el usuario.
