Buenas tardes, el viernes 22 de diciembre intente sacar un billete para mi hijo con la compañía esky que ni llegue a confirmar el pago en el banco porque estaba en un restaurante y no conectaba wifi ni le llego el billete, motivo por el que le tuve que sacar otro. Mi sorpresa es que ayer día 26 me realizaron el cargo. No puedo hacer la reclamación con ellos porque me piden el número de reserva del vuelo que NO TENGO porque nunca lo enviaron. Y no se que hacer. Muchas gracias!!!

The electronic ticket was sent to the email address which was written during the reservation process: myriam9578@hotmail.fr, on 22.12.2023 at 18:39:14. Therefore we can confirm that the order was completed and properly delivered. If the passenger still does not identify the electronic ticket in your e-mail box, we advise to check all folders, as well as the SPAM.
