Buenos días, El día 20 de enero de 2023 realicé un pedido a la empresa de productos cosméticos KIKO MILANO con valor de 31,16 euros. Una vez acabado el pedido y realizado el pago no me llegó ningún e-mail de confirmación. Dejé pasar unos días y al ponerme en contacto con la empresa y tras hacer las comprobaciones necesarias, me comunican que no se llegó a generar el pedido y que ellos no han cobrado nada. Espero el tiempo que me indican ( 25 días) para que mi banco libere la cantidad. Al pasar el periodo, mi banco (Ibercaja, me comunica que ellos no tienen ninguna cantidad retenida, realizo la reclamación a visa tal y como me indica mi banco el día 20 de febrero de 2023 y a día de hoy no obtengo respuesta. Pido que se hagan las comprobaciones oportunas y me devuelvan mi dinero. Un saludo.

Good morning, On 20 January 2023 I placed an order with the cosmetics company KIKO MILANO for 31.16 euros. Once the order was completed and payment made, I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. I let a few days go by and when I contacted the company and after making the necessary checks, they told me that the order had not been generated and that they had not charged me anything. I waited the time indicated (25 days) for my bank to release the amount. At the end of this period, my bank (Ibercaja) informs me that they have not withheld any amount. I make a claim to Visa as indicated by my bank on 20 February 2023 and to date I have not received a reply. I ask for the appropriate checks to be made and for my money to be returned to me.
