European Parliament elections 2014 - consumer demands

Before the next European Parliament elections on 25 May, OCU contacted the main political groups to convey the demands of the Spanish and European consumers.

Such claims have been agreed with the rest of our European partners, grouped in BEUC (European Consumers' Organisation). The manifesto brings together claims of a general nature, such as the need to achieve a true single market for consumers or that the information is not sufficient to protect consumers and also some more specific demands concerning food, financial services, the digital consumer, consumer rights,  sustainability, energy or health.
